Cinderella Man (2005) 720p 600MB Mediafire

During the Great Depression, a common-man hero, James J. Braddock--a.k.a. the Cinderella Man--was to become one of the most surprising sports legends in history. By the early 1930s, the impoverished ex-prizefighter was seemingly as broken-down, beaten-up and out-of-luck as much of the rest of the American populace who had hit rock bottom. His career appeared to be finished, he was unable to pay the bills, the only thing that mattered to him--his family--was in danger, and he was even forced to go on Public Relief. But deep inside, Jim Braddock never relinquished his determination. Driven by love, honor and an incredible dose of grit, he willed an impossible dream to come true. In a last-chance bid to help his family, Braddock returned to the ring. No one thought he had a shot. However Braddock, fueled by something beyond mere competition, kept winning. Suddenly, the ordinary working man became the mythic athlete. Carrying the hopes and dreams of the disenfranchised on his shoulders, Braddock rocketed through the ranks, until this underdog chose to do the unthinkable: take on the heavyweight champ of the world, the unstoppable Max Baer, renowned for having killed two men in the ring.

Beowulf & Grendel (2005) 720p 450mb Mediafire

The blood-soaked tale of a Norse warrior's battle against the great and murderous troll, Grendel. Heads will roll. Out of allegiance to the King Hrothgar, the much respected Lord of the Danes, Beowulf leads a troop of warriors across the sea to rid a village of the marauding monster. The monster, Grendel, is not a creature of mythic powers, but one of flesh and blood - immense flesh and raging blood, driven by a vengeance from being wronged, while Beowulf, a victorious soldier in his own right, has become increasingly troubled by the hero-myth rising up around his exploits. Beowulf's willingness to kill on behalf of Hrothgar wavers when it becomes clear that the King is more responsible for the troll's rampages than was first apparent. As a soldier, Beowulf is unaccustomed to hesitating. His relationship with the mesmerizing witch, Selma, creates deeper confusion. Swinging his sword at a great, stinking beast is no longer such a simple act. The story is set in barbarous Northern Europe where the reign of the many-gods is giving way to one - the southern invader, Christ. Beowulf is a man caught between sides in this great shift, his simple code transforming and falling apart before his eyes. Vengeance, loyalty and mercy powerfully entwine. A story of blood and beer and sweat, which strips away the mask of the hero-myth, leaving a raw and tangled tale.

Dirty Love (2005) Dvd Rip Direct Download Mediafire

A modern day Cinderella story which sees disaster prone Rebecca embark on a journey in search of true love. Betrayed by her boyfriend, Richard and following a palm reader's psychic prophecy, Rebecca goes in search of her one true soul mate.

After watching DIRTY LOVE, a friend and I had a discussion about what makes a comedy like this work and why DIRTY LOVE failed so miserably in comparison to a film like DUMB & DUMBER. Both films include characters that are stupid idiots who fart, pee, and generally act in an obscene and vulgar manner, but DUMB & DUMBER is undeniably the better and funnier film of the two (even people who loath DUMB & DUMBER would certainly agree on this point). Why? The answer we came up with is that it has to do with the human element of comedy. When there is no humanity to be seen in the characters, the audience finds it difficult to identify with the improbable situation the characters find themselves in. There is a big difference between seeing Jenny McCarthy wallow in a puddle made of her own menstrual blood for no reason except to degrade her character even further than she already has been degraded and a scene in DUMB & DUMBER in which Jim Carrey accidentally kills one of the last two of a certain kind of owl in the world. The DUMB & DUMBER example, crude as it is, is a comment on society and the values of the characters and also was an expertly set up and executed joke. DIRTY LOVE's supermarket scene is just embarrassing.
