Burj Dubai (Arabic: برج دبي‎ "Dubai 1176935Tower") is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is the tallest man-made structure ever built, at 818 m (2,684 ft). Construction began on 21 September 2004, and the tower is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy on 4 January 2010.

Discovery Channel: Alaska - Arctic Roughnecks (2009) DVDRip

Roads -- who needs them? Enter the CATCO: a hard-chargin’, take-no-prisoners, all-terrain vehicle that is more tank than truck. Hauling fuel, freight and equipment to the farthest reaches of the Alaskan north, these trucks and the battle-hardened men who drive them literally live on the edge of civilization in some of the harshest weather and terrain on Earth. Arctic Roughnecks will follow these Alaskan workhorses and the hardworking crew who operate them as they brave blizzards, white-out conditions and extreme temperatures. There are no roads in the remote, uninhabitable region 250 miles north of the Arctic Circle, so the men of Alaska Interstate Construction build an ice road to transport an oil rig weighing millions of pounds. Then the roughnecks of Crowley CATCO use their specialized CATCO vehicles to cross terrain so treacherous, it’s off-limits to the ice road truckers. Death is just an icy turn away, as they haul their cargo to the ends of the Alaskan frontier.

The last time Osama Bin Laden was seen in public was December 2001. Since then 30 audio and video messages have been issued in his name, but sceptics claim they're fakes, implying that both al-Qaeda and the CIA have their own reasons for keeping the idea of the Saudi terrorist alive. But is the Western world's number one enemy still alive? The phrases "probably", "almost certainly" and "this suggests" pepper every interview, though reports that he died eight years ago from kidney disease are dismissed fairly convincingly. "It's easier to explain things away with a conspiracy than to face up to the difficult reality," shrugs former CIA officer Art Keller. The truth, he believes, is that Bin Laden is very crafty - as he avoids all types of modern communication, his enemies can't pinpoint his whereabouts.
